• Newsletter address, if you subscribe, until you unsubscribe
• Technical server data required to deliver the website (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested resource)
• Campaign and creator data: handles, reach figures, invoicing and payment details for partners we work with

Recipients

We use processors for hosting, email and accounting, each bound by a data processing agreement. Campaign data is shared with the creators and platforms required to deliver a booked placement. We do not sell personal data. Where a processor operates outside the EEA, transfers are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to two years after last contact unless a contract follows. Contract and invoicing records are kept for the statutory periods under German commercial and tax law (six to ten years). Newsletter data is deleted on unsubscribe.
